Manito Park

Thursday, June 9, 2011

Last fall I was told about the beauty of Manito Park but it wasn't until yesterday that Kent saw it. We've been wanting to go for a while, but it has been so cold. Fortunately, yesterday was so lovely outside and almost everything was in bloom at the park. We were able to spend time in the Japanese Garden, Lilac Garden and Duncan Garden. Sooooo gorgeous! We had the digital and film camera's on hand and took turns with each.

To see another trip to this park (we hung out in the gorgeous greenhouse this time!), head this way --->

  2. Mmm, remember how just a couple of weeks ago you brought us a sprig of lilac that we put in a champagne glass on the counter while we cooked, and then we sang songs, and the power went out so we just talked by candlelight? Missing you too much already <3
